Digital detox in Italy

What an incredible digital detox break we had in beautiful Puglia in Italy.

We started each day with mindful silent walks at dawn, in the gorgeous countryside.

Some of the group chose yoga practice as a morning activity.

Others went on long bike rides.

Everyone caught the mindful colouring bug!

We ate simply delicious, freshly prepared food.

And drank incredible fresh juices and smoothies. The beetroot and coconut one was a favourite!

Everything we ate and drank was made with vegetables and fruit from the organic garden.

We really enjoyed spending the majority of our time in nature and being mindful of the beauty of our surroundings.

There were lots of comfortable, shady corners to curl up in with a good book.

Some of the group did an analogue photography project with a polaroid camera and shared the results with us.

On our last night we roasted chestnuts on the Masseria fire.

And did a spot of star gazing in the incredibly clear Pugliese night sky.

Sophia, the Masseria dog, was on hand to say goodbye to us the next day!

Everyone reported the logging-off experience had left them feeling so refreshed, they felt they had been there a week instead of a long weekend.

We’re really looking forward to taking another group on the next digital detox break to Puglia!
